The profound study of sickness rate and medical advice taking of population of Tatarstan Repute regions in treatment-and-prophylactic institutions allows to reveal the decrease of medical advice taking rate of east and south regions population (the regions over the Kama). The analysis of this phenomenon allows to formulate the conception of new medical devision into regions (zones) for medical service to rural population directed to availability increase and approaching of specialized medical service to rural population of the regions over the Kama.
