The use of xymedone in combined specific chemotherapy in disseminated forms of pulmonary tuberculosis results in more pronounced therapeutic effect than the use of pure base therapy. The immunomodulating effect can be one of the mechanisms of the drug action providing positive clinicoroentgenologic dynamics.
