The amplitude indices of QRS complex are studied by R.Z. Amirovs integral topography with the record of 104 Vilsons monopolar leads from the chest surface in 42 persons in norm depending on the heart electric axis position as a control group and in 47 patients with the blockade of the anterosuperior ramus of His0 bundle left crus. The results obtained allow to derive a comprehensive idea of the electric field character in the blockade involved and to explain the variability of electrocardiographic picture in chest leads of classic ECG. The additional criterion of the blockade of the anterosuperior ramus diagnisis with high sensitivity and specificity is proposed.
