The first three chapters briefly and consistently outline the anatomy of the lungs and pleura, the etiology and pathological anatomy of lung cancer (65 pages in total). More than two-thirds of the book is devoted to symptomatology, diagnosis, and surgical treatment (207 pages). The book is intended mainly for oncologic surgeons, but it will also be of interest to therapists and radiologists.
