On 17/V 1957 at the Medical Council of the Ministry of Health of the TASSR the report of the deputy head of the Kazan City Health Department Mr. M.N. Petukhov was heard. M.N. Petukhov - "The state of health care in the city of Kazan. Kazan in light of the execution of the order of the Ministry of Health of the RSFSR № 541 of July 31, 1957".The heads and doctors of medical and preventive institutions of the city, professors and teachers of the Institute took an active part in the discussion of the report.
