Hermaphroditism in men is an extremely rare phenomenon. From the available literature we managed to find only one case from Tashkent (described by I.M. Georgadze and Yunusov).Patient G., 20 years old, was admitted with symptoms of acute appendicitis. Objectively: the appearance of a healthy young man, of average height, regular build. One testicle was absent, the right spermatic cord was not palpable.
