In the work the clinic and lab researches of substitute hormonal therapy (SHT) to climacteric syndrome (CS) by the combined drugs Divina and Divitren, containing natural estrogens and gestagen are submitted. 24 patients received Divina and 16 - Divetren. Up to 6 months of treatment the control of a status of their health with application of hormonal, USG, cytolic and histologic methods was carried out. The efficiency of treatment has made 92,5%. The side-effect didnt require the cancellation of drug administration. The received results testify to validity SHT with Divina and Divetren in women with CS.
