1893 28 / XI, a 9-year-old girl was admitted to the Clinical Institute, 3. I. T., to cure total urinary incontinence, which she suffers, according to relatives, since birth. She had no other illnesses. In appearance, the patient is correctly developed and has an age-appropriate height. When examining the urogenital organs, the following deviation from the norm appears (see the attached figure): large lips are of normal size, but do not have a connection in their upper part.
