The actual problem of our time is the deterioration of the reproductive health of the population, which in turn, to a certain extent, determines the demographic processes. The article describes the harmful factors causing violations of the processes of reproduction of professional and ecological genesis. Indicators of the incidence of pregnant women and their offspring are given, depending on the technogenic load of the area of residence.
