Craniotomy, causing fetal death with terrible disfigurement of its body, is often accompanied by severe damage to the vagina and surrounding tissues of the mother. The latest advances in abdominal surgery, applied to obstetrics and gynecology, have firmly established the fact that in case of pelvic irregularities, a timely Cesarean section will always be crowned with the desired success.
