It is relatively rare to encounter cases where an obstacle to the act of delivery is not a normally enlarged abdomen of the fetus, but such cases where the enlargement of the abdomen is caused by the distension of the fluid in the uterine cavity and vagina, we could find in the literature available to us only 2, which are usually cited in the manuals (Shreder, Shpigel'berg, R. Mller and others).
