The changes made by pregnancy in a woman's body and constituting its physiological state, in terms of the features by which they differ significantly from all other physiological states and which are encountered in a number of pathological phenomena, are undoubtedly of deep interest. In the meantime, this question has been studied very little: "local changes" have been studied comparatively more, "changes in the whole organism" represent an even wide field for the activity of researchers. Until now, for example, one of the main issues has not been developed - the volume of changes in blood composition during pregnancy, and Runge d) rightly points out that our knowledge on this issue is still on shaky ground.
