In the most recent time, Dr. S. Burckhard described detail from the Wrzburg Gynaecological Clinic under the name of false eclampsia the case of a major inflammation of the lungs in the posterior period with weak objective data, accompanied by paresis in the lower extremities, lack of knee reflexes and a rapidly developed bedsore in the area of the sacrum.
