The article highlights the practical application of medical care standards in Healthcare system in Russian Federation and determines it as an actual one. Nowadays Healthcare system in Russian Federation is not fully ready to execute in practice due to the following reasons: absence of direct criteria in medical help standards, lack of economic, financial and legislative background in clinical practice.
