We presented the results of clinical trial of the effectiveness of antidepressants in acute and chronic back pain. It is shown that in patients with anxiety, depressive symptoms and emotional factors as triggers of disease exacerbation, inclusion of antidepressants in the complex treatment of acute back pain greatly increases the efficiency and reduces the time of treatment
