The article based on an analysis of job-related injuries considers the urgency of the problem of improving the system of training specialists of enterprises with regard to security requirements. Some features of the formalization of training programs for professionals in the automotive industry as ergatic systems.Tha authors stated the problem of optimizing of training program for specialist and its mathematical model.
