This article considers the solution of strength problems of a plate heat exchanger used in air conditioning systems in aircraft cabins on the nonstationary operating conditions. The authors proposed the scheme of structural improvements, the model is calculated in elastic and elastic-plastic formulation and there are presented conclusions and proved advantages of the proposed heat exchanger design.
