The low level of reliability and high cost of assembly equipment do not secure the possible economical efficiency. Thаt is why it is very important to optimize the assembly unit performance at the designing stage. The main aim of this work is to choose the required performance of assembly modules using the proportional allotment of unit components reliabilities to increase the automotive production efficiency. This method will make it possible to analysis the most varied combinations of unit reliability to get the required production efficiency.
