The paper shows the influence of alloying and heat treatment on the structural condition, durability, and thermionic emission of niobium-based alloys. It is shown that the maximum heat resistance of multicomponent niobium is achieved after quenching from 1750 º C and ageing at 1100 ÷ 1200 º C, while the electron output work function remains stable.
