Analysis of the modern technologies and equipment for the ultrasonic dimensional processing is performed in this paper. The authors considered features of the ultrasonic processing of the holes with the tubular diamond tool. There were made the experiments on the upgraded ultrasonic machine 4770 M with application of a special working head with a rotating tool spindle. Optimum conditions of carrying out the process, providing technical requirements to a detail are revealed.
