
Influence of the mode parameters on the technological characteristics of the injector hole broaching operation

Influence of the pulse duration on the machining time and instrument wear touching the electroerrosion drilling of the little diameter holes on the special machine tool is shown experimentally in this paper. The dependence between speed of erosion and hole depth is investigated. The statistical regularity of distribution operation time and the instrument wear speed is revealed. Engineering solutions for a higher stability drilling of the holes are proposed.
