The article contains analysis of modern materials and prospects of its application. It considers two variants of ultrasonic milling of various tools. This article describes the effect of volumetric measuring, tool diameter on the roughness and the spherical radius in ultrasonic cutting of glass-ceramic. It contains the diagram of tool degradation depending on punched holes. The work contains selection of the most suitable parameters of the regime to achieve the accuracy and quality of processing.
