Modernization of the higher education system is caused by objective processes of change in the economic, political and cultural spheres. Reform of the education system in Russia is largely dictated by political influence focused on external economic cooperation with foreign countries. Prospects of entering into a unified educational space are inseparably linked with the contradictions of understanding of the educational process with the philosophical, cultural, and legal points of view.
