Exact solution was obtained for the Cauchy problem for differential equation model of Harrod Domar macroeconomic dynamics with variable coefficient of incremental capital-output ratio which is a function of time. Previously there was known a solution for this problem only with constant coefficients of capital-output ratio of revenue growth.
