The hypothesis is based on the premise that mankind consists of nations and is not an abstract arithmetic set of personalities. So, death threats to humanity arising in the era of globalization can be "removed" only with active participation of national states to provide universal security. Essential components of the joint efforts of the nations to prevent global threats are international solidarity and dialogue of national cultures, based on the unity of national and universal interests.
