Successful economic development is provided by innovative strategy. To implement successfully the innovation strategy enterprise need to produce a more complete assessment of the competitiveness of innovation. A distinctive characteristic of the innovation as a commodity is a high degree of uncertainty in getting results. The article shows how to build the tree structure factors model. Factors, which are considered, ensure the competitiveness of innovations.
