On the basis of the equations of the inelasticity effect theory, related to the class of flow theories in the combined hardening, there was received the applied version of the theory of thermo-viscous plastic processes and kinetic equations of damage accumulation for processes of complex isothermal loading. There is also formulated the basic experiment and method of identification of material functions, which finishes the version of theory.
