The appearance of such structures in the Russian economy, their formation and sustainable development are, of course, the most important trends. Any errors that occur in the activities of corporate structures are legitimate and quite understandable consequence of the imperfection and inefficiency of the mechanisms used to manage them. The ability of corporate structures to be open to changes i.e. ability to optimize and transform their activities in compliance with the requirements of the time are the most important conditions, which can be seen as strategic flexibility, which should form the basis of modern management mechanisms of functioning and development of these businesses.
