This article attempts to analyze the state of the Russian industry in its post-Soviet period of de- velopment. Described currently existing sectoral programs to stimulate industry in individual sec- tors. Analyzed HN main provisions of the new federal law "On industrial policy, Russian Federa- tion", as well as mechanisms of Industry Support Fund. Yes HN own proposals to overcome thecrisis tendencies in the Russian industry.
