The skin triggers’ therapy in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with fibromyalgia

Materials and methods. 22 patients with fibromyalgia symptom complex were studied. The treatment proposed by the Protocol therapy skin triggers the back botulinum neurotoxin in very low doses. The results of the study revealed a pronounced clinical efficacy of Botulinum neurotoxin A on the daily functioning of patients and their psycho-emotional status: normalization of sleep, reduced fatigue, a marked reduction in psychovegetative disorders and the absence of pain manifestations, as well as a decrease in the tendency to edema.
