The aim of the study was to analyze the levels of pro-inflammatory interleukins in cervical secretions of women with PROM, depending on Ureaplasma spp. infection and the time elapsed since the rupture of the membranes, and to correlate their concentration in cervical secretions and in cord blood of the newborns.
