Aim of the research: to analyse the value of these documents in archival material, to promote the use of these documents. The study identified documents on Varaklani city health care between 1945 and 1991. Until now, the topic was almost unexplored. The work was complicated by the fact that Varaklani had been in different territorial formations, the documents were in several archives, and some of the documents had not been preserved at the beginning of the research.
