The article deals with some problems aroused in cases attached with detention realized by security guards, according to the Security Guard Activities Law. As far the Security Guard Activities Law determinates just a reasons for detention, but does not prescribes the procedure of detention, violationof human rights are very likely and takes place as well. Likewise, article shows common incidents of human rights violation. Article expires with offer to make amendments in Security Guard Activities Law in purpose to reduced possible violations of human rights in detention during everyday activities of security guards.
