The article examines the substantive laws of the idea, especially the national idea, in the spheres of political, legal and spiritual life of society in a philosophical context. It is also revealed that the interdependence of these laws determines the system-forming nature of the cultural being, the importance of the historical-cultural approach to the formation and development of the national idea.
