The priority of the business is to ensure that both the clients and staff working around the business are all safe. All the assault cases within the business will be treated with the seriousness they deserve. The rules and regulation of the business criminalizes any form of violence within the business premises. The installed security cameras will be ideal in monitoring the behavior and the conduct of all the individuals within the business. In case it is noted that someone is behaving contrary to the rules, the security team within the building needs to act fast to get such individual to the state authorities. The relationship between the staff should remain cordially, and all workers need to respect each other. The business management does not condone the use of violence against the staff members. Anybody found to use violence against a fellow staff will be interdicted and face the assault charges.
