The review of scientific literature and monographs on economics, management, research of the practice of human resource management in the context of resource theory determined important aspects of effective human resources management - creating conditions for self-education and development and implementation of staff competencies. Understanding the need for a course for self-learning as a way of functioning and developing an organization, increasing its adaptive and innovative potential in the long term will lead to the creation of a self-learning organization. The work investigates the theoretical and methodological aspects of the self-learning organization, studies the experience of applying measures to create and develop such companies.
