A new resource and energy saving engineering solution is proposed. This device focuses on balanced and eff ective reinforcement of damaged column and ganged elements of fl oor structure. The proposed device allows to use stressing block bridgings safely, to control their prestressing, to control unloading of reinforced column and its head by stressing block bridgings, to provide fi re protection of metal elements of device, to save resource and energy in device production.
