This article deals with some key points that characterize the evolution of living interior due to the influence of scientific and technological achievements. The problem that arises before the designer in the process of translation of technical advances in human environment is formulated. Due to fantastic acceleration of the introduction of these achievements in the design related production the general trend of scientific knowledge development is constantly growing and design principles of the living space are changing.
