. Lymphocytes blast-transformation reaction (RBLT) is necessary for patient’s inspection with immunologic infringements. It is applied in the different fields of medicine to identification of a sensitization to antigens (allergens). Research objective – to modify and automate RBTL for application in routine laboratory practice. Materials and methods. RBTL, antigens (allergens). Software: Windows 7; Intel Pentium G4500 CPU.
