Necropsy is the examination of animals after death and it helps in diagnosis of diseases. Necropsy includes systemic examination of dead animals, recording pathological lesions and interpretation approach to diagnosis of disease. The knowledge of histopathology, microbiology, immunology and toxicology is required for confi rmation.
