Paradrymonia badia sp. nov. is described from cultivated material originally collected in the Guianas. The new species has the same habit and grows in similar habitat as P. campostyla, but differs mainly from P. campostyla by the characters of the corolla: shape, size, and by the color and pattern of the markings inside the corolla tube.
