The paper presents a solution to the problem of the formation of students’ environmental awareness through the organization of special psychological and pedagogical support of the process under consideration in the system of continuous education. The basic directions of psychological and pedagogical support of the formation of students’ environmental awareness are stressed. An innovative model of psychological and pedagogical support of the process of formation of students’ environmental awareness as a multilevel system is proposed, and in the phenomenological, structural-content and organizational-functional terms, organically including particular models: conceptual, personality-oriented procedural, organizational and informational. It is shown that the model of psychological and pedagogical support will ensure the formation of students’ environmental awareness, taking into account the diversity of their personal properties through the effective organization of educational and professional environmental activities.
