The types of engineering of chemical-technological systems are outlined. Brief characteristics of the principles and methods of intensification of resource-energy-saving chemical-technological systems are given, as well as the principles of digital synthesis of optimal resource-energy-saving environmentally friendly chemical-technological systems, methods of ecological and economic optimization of these systems, supply chains and gas transmission systems of gas supply and petrochemical complex. The description of scientifically grounded methods of resource and energy saving in chemical-technological systems is presented. The essence of the basic concepts of logistics of resource, energy and energy saving in the engineering of the considered systems and supply chains is shown. The description of methods for optimizing reliability indicators, digitalized risk and safety management in the engineering of resource-energy-saving chemical-technological systems is given.
