The paper presents the results of the analysis of the requirements for process equipment for chemical nickel plating of metal products, including carbon steels, titanium, aluminum and their alloys. The disadvantages of standard equipment (UKhN series installations, functioning as a separate process unit) during its operation as part of a galvanic line are listed. The results of the design development of an improved installation for chemical nickel plating of metal products with repeated use of the solution are presented. The testing of the installation under the conditions of a galvanic section of a real mechanical production has shown its high efficiency.
