An algorithm for managing the schedule of complex production processes has been developed. The mathematical formulation of the problem is presented. The processes associated with the operation of the software complex of the control system are analyzed in detail: maintaining an information base, calculating a production schedule, scheduling production, changing a schedule and drawing up reporting documentation. The block diagram of the control algorithm is presented. The control system takes into account the complexity of production processes, generates an optimal equipment operation schedule that meets the restrictions on equipment loading. The description of the input and output information of the control system is presented. The developed control system adapts to changing conditions and fully fulfills production tasks.
