The technology of solid-phase bioconversion of cellulose-containing raw materials in a drum apparatus using a culture of the fungus Trichoderma viride is proposed. The study of the kinetics of the bioconversion process in the static and dynamic modes of the organization of the fermentation process was carried out. It has been established that bioconversion in a dynamic mode provides a higher intensity of fermentation with obtaining a culture of high activity, which makes it possible to reduce the duration of the process by more than 40 hours.
