Case description: Male patient with a history of child bruxism, where the anatomical features of maxillary canines were lost, he seemed to be dissatisfied with the cosmetic appearance of your smile. The aesthetic resolution of this case was based on the bleaching employment and direct technique with the use of composite resin, to obtain a harmonious smile, observing the correct protocol based on the latest evidence presented in the literature, and the result has met the aesthetic expectations of the patient. Conclusion: Direct composite resin restorations are excellent for reshaping of anterior teeth, restoring and reproducing the shape, size and color of the teeth.
