The authors considered the existing forecasting models in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, their advantages and disadvantages. The statement of the task for the development of a forecasting model for the optimization of diagnosis and treatment of infertility has been completed. As a key element of the predictive model of infertility, the reproductive readiness indicator (PRG) in digital or multi-frequency form, which characterizes the prognosis of pregnancy, is proposed. The PRG is defined as the product of the reproductive activity coefficient by the reproductive health indicator. The paper gives practical recommendations on the use of the PRG, a block diagram of the use of the PRG in the predictive activity of a doctor is built. Currently, the PRG predictive model is undergoing clinical trials.
