The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of Organizational Justice and Psychological Contract on Organizational Commitment among employees of Rural Banks in Davao Provinces. The research used Descriptive- Co-relational survey method and is based on the universal sampling of 12 Rural Banks with samples of 190 respondents. The data analyses were done through the use of descriptive Statistics, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Multiple Regression. The major findings of the study are concluded as follows: The organizational justice, psychological contract and organizational commitment of bank employees are moderately positive. Organizational justice and psychological contract significantly influence organizational commitment.
