This study aimed to determine whether the use of e-Learning Management System (eLMS) software for a two-grading period could enhance the English grammar proficiency of the grade six pupils of the University of the Immaculate Conception. This investigation employed a pretest posttest control group design that involved 40 pupils in each of the classes utilized in the study. Findings revealed that post tests scores were significantly higher than pretest scores in both the control and experimental groups. However, no significant differences in the post test scores, as well as in the gain scores, between the control and the experimental groups were established. Hence, the use of both (eLMS) e-Learning Management System and traditional approach as strategies in teaching are helpful in the acquisition and enhancement of the pupils’ English grammar proficiency.
